Background:
A graduate from Advanced Massage Therapeutics in Louisville KY, Emily was trained in traditional Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue massage techniques, Injury Assessment and Treatment and integrated Anatomy and Physiology. She currently assists in Beginning Therapeutic massage classes and is working towards becoming an instructor.
Specializing in deep tissue massage, she practices trigger point therapy to release tight knotted muscles, relieving pain, stiffness and discomfort. She incorporates this technique especially to overworked muscles.
Emily continues to learn and develop her technique based on the needs of the clients. Her main goal is to provide quality massage to speed up recovery from training, educate on after care to help prevent injury and pain, create the space for clients to tune in with their bodies and relax.
