“82lbs of weight loss, increased physical ability and mobility, increased confidence and happiness”

“I started my nutrition coaching on May 20, 2022, and my physical training on July 25, 2022.

The improvements I’ve made since beginning my training with ProFormance are ~ 82lbs of weight loss, increased physical ability and mobility, increased confidence and happiness, increased knowledge of nutrition and physical exercise, decreased back and knee pain, and overall just a brighter outlook on life. Taking the leap and starting my training with ProFormance has encouraged me to try other things I’ve always wanted to do, like Spanish, silks, trapeze, and hiking. I have found that I’m not afraid to try new things anymore, and I’m excited about experiencing life.

The staff are all amazing. Everyone is so friendly and have really great chemistry with one another. It’s fun seeing everyone joke and laugh together. I have also always felt welcomed and accepted. One of the scariest things about losing weight (for me at least) was the thought of being judged for the weight that I was at because I was ashamed. But every staff member I have met has been so kind and encouraging and down to earth. I also like the facility. It’s in a great location for me, there’s a lot of equipment there, and the setup is really nice. My trainer is also SUPER awesome lol 😎”

I have spent my entire career helping golfers improve their games. As part of my programs, I have recommended many times for my students to see someone like Alan at ProFormance to help them with golf fitness to improve their golf performance.

I am grateful for the knowledge, the planning of each session, individualized attention, professionalism, motivating attitude, and most importantly the patience Alan has toward my all-around fitness and golf strength. This work has me more motivated to work harder on my own game and have more fun on the course.

If you are interested in becoming a better golfer, I strongly recommend the ProFormance Golf Fitness Program as part of your overall improvement plan.”

“As a PGA Golf Professional and golf coach for 30+ years

“I’ve been on an incredible journey with Alan at ProFormance.”

“I tore my right ACL and had a partial meniscus tear in late 2019. I lost a ton of muscle mass, strength, and confidence. Alan is focused on developing my overall strength, correcting technique, and challenging me to keep improving. I have come so far and am excited to keep progressing. I love it and couldn’t be happier! A huge thank you to Alan, Jackie, and the entire ProFormance Team. You guys are the best of the best!”
