Training Philosophy:
Claire is a lifelong multi-sport athlete with decades of experience in Dressage, 3-Day Eventing, and other equestrian disciplines. She was a competitive track & field athlete, soccer player, golfer, and cross country runner. She has additional specializations in kettlebell training and yoga, which she regularly incorporates into her training. As a food scientist, Claire has an immense passion for the culinary arts, but most importantly: helping others build healthy and sustainable relationships with food and cooking. Claire takes a holistic approach to her training, with strong consideration given to improving mobility, protecting the body from injury, and building strength to support life-long activity.
