Over $1000 raised for Hurricane Helene Victims
Our annual Thanksgiving Day workout fundraising event was a major success this year!
Every year, we host our biggest group workout on the morning of Thanksgiving. It’s 15 exercises, each performed for a duration of 40 seconds with 20 seconds of rest for a total of 3 rounds. It is fast paced fun with a lot of sweat and heavy breathing!
This workout serves two purposes:
Burn lots of calories before you feast on lots of calories
Raise money for a Charitable cause
This strong group was able to raise more than $1100 for victims of the Hurricane Helene that devastated the Appalachian region earlier this year.
Not only do we workout for health, but we also workout for a good cause. We are very thankful for our turnout this year and the support we were able to give to the people in need. Can’t wait until next year!
