Giving Back to The Community

This past Friday, we had the pleasure of inviting the residents at Dismas Charities to join us for a group workout and the presentation of their 28 Day Challenge T-Shirts for completing our February challenge.

We are grateful to be able to impact such a great group of men and inspire them to improve their mental, physical, and spiritual well-being during their residency.

Many of them have continued the daily habits of practicing gratitude, drinking more water, and making exercise part of their routine. We cannot express how proud we are of them.

Out of all the daily habits they practiced, expressing Gratitude was the most powerful for them. They found that they have a tremendous amount to be grateful for and that having a mindset of gratitude can help them conquer life’s challenges and reshape their lives in a positive way.

A special thanks to Kim Rowe, Coach Reese Turner, and the Dismas Charities team for helping us make this happen. We are excited to continue to work with this charity and make a positive impact on our community!
